What’s the best way to discover the island of Moorea?
Moorea is home to one of the most stunning lagoons in French Polynesia — some even say it’s one of the most beautiful in the world!
We believe the best way to experience this incredible island is by joining a lagoon boat tour. With local bilingual guides born and raised in Moorea, you’ll have the unforgettable opportunity to swim with stingrays, harmless reef sharks, sea turtles, and colorful tropical fish.
You’ll also visit dreamy white-sand beaches, shallow sandbanks where the water barely reaches your waist, and picture-perfect motu — small Tahitian islets straight out of a postcard.
Is the stingray and shark site Included in the Lagoon Tour safe?
Absolutely. The stingray and blacktip reef shark interaction site is one of the highlights of our lagoon tour and a must-see when visiting Moorea. It’s home to friendly stingrays, harmless reef sharks, and a variety of colorful tropical fish — and no accidents have ever been recorded at this location.
Most of the time, the water is only waist-deep, so you can fully enjoy this magical spot even without putting your head underwater — and without any risk.
If you choose to get in the water, your guide will be right there to offer tips and ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout this unforgettable experience.
